 Your 100% Portuguese Cork Yoga Mat,  it is an eco-friendly, self-supporting rug and is a much more eco-frindly solution compared to the traditional plastic/synthetic rug option. 
 Yours  mat can be used for Yoga practice, as well as for other exercises, such as stretching and recovery, among others. 
 Cork is renewable, sustainable and comes from the Sobreiro tree.
 have not been used  toxic chemicals  at  manufacturing  of these rugs. It is a process that does not harm the tree and can be repeated multiple times over a period of 8-10 years.

 Care instructions:
 Always roll the mat with the top of the mat facing out. Rolling in the opposite direction could damage the mat surface.
 Clean with a damp cloth. If necessary, use an organic cleaning solution without harsh chemicals.
 To protect the top of the mat, avoid using lotions or rings on your hands or feet before training. Avoid cubicles or storage areas with sharp edges that can leave a lasting mark.
